The Jeffco Public Schools Student Records Center can help families with access to student records, questions about data privacy and assistance with education verification.
Record Requests for Current Students
Records requests for a student currently enrolled in a Jeffco school (except for special education records) need to be requested from the school the student currently attends. Students who are withdrawn within the current school year from Jeffco should check with the last school attended for the location of their records.
Record Requests for Former Students, Alumni, Agencies and Legal Professionals

Special Education Records Removal Notice for Former Students
Special education records for former students born on or before June 1, 1998, will be permanently removed on June 1, 2025. The deadline to request a copy of these records is May 20, 2025.
